We are looking for an agile, execution-focused Asst HR Manager to join our corporate headquarters in Hyderabad to design, build, and manage our workforce across our corporate office and multiple upcoming plant sites.

Role Overview

  • Role: Asst HR Manager (HR Generalist / Operations)
  • Experience: 4 to 8 years (Manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy, or agro-industries preferred)
  • Location: Corporate Office - Hyderabad, with occasional travel to plant sites across AP and Telangana

Key Responsibilities

1. Greenfield Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment to fulfill corporate office needs and technical/blue-collar staffing requirements for 50 decentralized plant sites
  • Source, interview, and hire diverse roles ranging from plant process engineers, supply chain/agribusiness personnel, to local site supervisors and labor
  • Standardize a structured onboarding program that integrates rural and urban workforces into Atirath's corporate values

2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Relations

  • Ensure strict adherence to central and state labor laws, environmental health & safety (EHS) human resource regulations, and factory act guidelines across all plants in AP and Telangana
  • Maintain all statutory records, contract labor registrations, and employment filings seamlessly
  • Oversee conflict resolution and foster positive relations with local rural communities, farm partners, and plant workforces

3. HR Operations & Strategy Alignment

  • Partner with the Leadership to design and execute HR strategies that scale smoothly from 1 plant to 50 plants
  • Implement and manage HRMS software platforms to track attendance, payroll inputs, and performance management metrics across geographically dispersed teams
  • Formulate clear, fair, and scalable company-wide HR policies, code of conduct, and employee benefit programs

4. Training & Development

  • Collaborate with technical and plant heads to design and implement specialized training modules regarding CBG plant safety, biomass conditioning, and operational excellence

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Education: UG (Any Graduate), PG (MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field preferred)
